Wierd Garageband issue.

Hey all,
I was messing around in garage band the other day, and when I went to go preview the track and it played it, it smeared all of the trackes appearance as it played. Is this normal? I took a video of it with ishowu (demo watermaked version) but you can still see it. take a look:

wow that is definitly weird man and NOT normal. I would try reinstalling GarageBand of of your iLife CDs.

That;'s what I thought. At first I thought it was just one of those wierd apple video effects, but then realized that something was up. Is there anything I could try before reinstalling? Possibly?
