Wierd iPhone 4 Time Issue

I had my iphone 4 jailbroken, and was using a hack that allowed me to change the text on the top bar where the clock is. I had it set to read "4:20 PM". I ended getting a new replacemnt device from apple a few days ago, and when I synced (spell check?) it i found my new unjailbroken device (iOS 4.1) now reads 4:20 PM at the top too. Check the images below, i've double checked all the time settings.

Notice the custom AT&T banner too? How is this possible..
