wierd scroll problem with soundtrack

I am using soundtrack (from FCE 3.0) and the two finder scrolling doesn't work for me in that program (I am using a MBP). Instead it just adjusts the size of the scroll bar. Two finger scrolling works fine in all of the other programs I have used so far, including FCE and LiveType from the same software set. Any suggestions?
