Wierd sleep/wake issue

Ever since upgrading to mavericks, when my MBP is put to sleep for an extended period of time (not sure on the exact time required, but overnight does it), instead of waking up instantly, I hear the start up chime as if its been turned off. But it wakes up still where i left off, it just takes a while.

Any ideas how to fix this, is it common problem?
 
Same sleep wake problem

Last night reinstalled 10.9 on Apple's advice because of ongoing problems accessing iSight Camera. Now I get the same. In Console:
Sleep Wake failure reports roughly every hour from 20.00 onwards.

Most of these restarts were caused by this issue. I am attaching the logs for the last one. This is a brand new Oct 2013 MBP 15 maxed, came with mavericks and has the EFI update only.

Restarting to collect Sleep wake debug logs

That message seems to be common. No kernel panic, no warnings, reboots like I restarted it, but nothing gets reported to Apple. Has anyone submitted an issue yet?
