Every time i connect my wifes phone to my mac pro, afterwards, it asks her to use my itunes or apple password in order for her to buy stuff, and all her apps and mine go on both phones

how do i stopp this?

Sounds like she's checking up on you.
 
It has to do with who downloaded what app. If you downloaded an app, synced it to iTunes (which I'm assuming your sharing) and she added it to her phone from iTunes, it will ask for your password. If she downloads it from the app store to her phone, it will ask for her password when she updates it... And vice versa. At least that's what I've gotten from my situation.
