Wife's phone stopped getting MMS (the right way)

I have Android and she has a 7+ with the latest iOS. When I send her a picture of any kind she never gets alerted that it came in. In fact, it never even shows in our conversation history. If she goes to our history and taps the little "i" in the right top corner, the photo is there that I sent her. When she taps the image, it takes her to a time in our conversation where the photo is, but the day and time is not when I sent it. It's choosing random places to drop the MMS I sent her.

Any ideas?

MMS are highly carrier controlled,and dependent the carrier's policies.
