Can anyone confirm whether a 3GS with an app such as Tunin.FM iCar Radio can listen to a radio station via WiFi and stream the audio to a Bluetooth speaker? My objective is to listen comfortably to BBC Radio programmes in an East France hotel that provides WiFi internet.
 
I know I can listen to Pandora app through my A2DP bluetooth headphones S9s so I would assume you should be able to do the same with a different app and different bluetooth speaker.
