Wifi Adapter Turns Off Automatically

Hello,

I recently bought an ALFA AWUS036NHA to run Kali Linux on VirtualBox.
It runs perfectly with the exception that it automatically turns off after some time.
I know this probably has to due with the power saving setting either on my mac or on the Virtualbox/kali.

Still, I have gone back and forth and haven't figured this out.

Can anyone help me on this?
