Wifi Calling/Facetime disconnects

Anyone else have this issue? It works perfectly for a while with my iPhone 6s Plus but then it loses the WiFi calling.

I have to go into Facetime preferences and "UPgrade to wifi".
 
I see it happen to me from time to time and have to reboot to get this working again.
