Wifi Connected, no internet on home network

I have a jailbroken 2.2.1 iPhone and am having troubles with internet connection on my home network only. I have two other macs hooked up to my Linksys WGC 200 Cable Gateway and the internet works fine. It connects to my network (although sometimes can take up to a minute)on my iphone but the internet is very intermittent. Weather will load fine one second, open it back it and it just says it keeps updating. Mail will also not update. The strange thing is that Cydia lets me download apps fine. On ever other wifi network, it works and connects fine and has internet connection. I have restored, rebooted, reset network settings on iphone, reset router, forgot network, and still won't work constantly, just whenever it pleases. Thanks for your help.
