Hello,

My phone has WiFi connectivity problems.
It indicates that it has full WiFi signal strength but I can not access anything and going into the router on another device, I can see the iPhone is not even connected.

It is stuck in this state until I turn WiFi off and on again.

This is randomly occurring but I found it only happens when the phone is left idle for a while.

So far I’ve tried DFU restore without restoring any backup and setting the WiFi router to 5GHz ac only with a static channel and channel width setting. This happens on any WiFi mode, even 2.4GHz

Any guesses? I have none by now.

I don’t use WiFi anywhere else but at home.

I got a new router when iOS 13 came out and I experience the issue ever since.

I think the issue is that I’ve MU-MIMO and beamforming enabled in the router (it isn’t a default option).

I’ve turned it off and no issues for now but if anyone has experienced this specific issue then please share your thoughts.

So this is a WiFi 6 model? Likely at least one or more firmware updates. Brand?

No, this is WiFi 5 as I stated in the original post. TP-Link Archer C6.
