WiFi disconnects randomly.

Hello,

I got an iPhone 3GS , iOS 4.3.3. And sometimes the WiFi just randomly disconnects. For example when I'm downloading something the WiFi icon is gone and the download stops. and then I must go into the settings and to choose my WiFi again.


Does anyone know how to solve this?

My iPod Touch (4g-iOS5) has started doing this today as well. It then takes ages to reconnect and even if it shows there is a signal sometimes it says there isn't.
