Wifi DNS adress - where can i access this menu??

hi there! i have an iphone running iOS 3.1.3 with JB by jailbreakme...

i wanted to do this:

but i can't find that menu...
in my wifi menu i just have 3 options: turn on/off wifi, the networks that i can connect to, and turn on/off the request to access new network...

can you help me find that menu, so i can change the DNS adress??

Tap the little blue arrow to the right of the network to see further details.
