WiFi Help Please!

I Bought a macbook today, and the wifi signal comes up as full, BUT it says it's not connected, and my internet obviously doesn't work. It's not the wifi box, it still works with my old computer. I already tried restarting it and turning the airport on and off. Can someone help me?
