So I had a 3G iPad last time around. I used it sparingly, with a 250 MB data plan that set me back $15 a month, it wasn't too shabby.
But now that iOS 4.3 is bringing Personal Hotspot to iPhone 4, are any of you considering not getting a 3G-capable iPad 2, and instead using a WiFi iPad + Personal Hotspot for whenever you need to connect?
I should also mention that Personal Hotspot is free for my carrier and other Canadian carriers, but then again, even if you have to pay, will it go beyond the extra $130 for the 3G version over the course of a year?
