WiFi iPad2 - Setting Time Zone always on

FYI, just upgraded to 5.0.1 today, but it didn't change anything so far.

First, I haven't really had any issues with battery life since upgrading to iOS5.

I'm just curious.....for those that have a WiFi only iPad 2, if you go to:

Settings -> Location Services -> System Services

Does your setting for Setting Time Zone ALWAYS have a purple location icon?

Mine does. It never goes away. Just curious as it does NOT seem to be affecting battery, but was wondering if other WiFi only iPads also have this on all the time.

I'm on 5.0.1 with a wifi + 3G model and it has the same problem. It has been setting the time zone 100% of the time since updating. Ridiculous.
