I'm getting 50/5 speeds via ethernet, and 4/2 barely via WiFi. What could be causing this problem? I've run wifi speed test via my iPhone and 2011 Macbook Pro. I have a Linksys E1200 router V2 with the most updated firmware.

I'm sitting 3 feet from my wireless router, with all other devices turned off. On a normal night, my family will be streaming video on the Apple TV and have a couple macbooks running, and possibly an iPad. Anyone have an idea of what might be wrong with the WiFi? What settings can I mess with?

If you click on the wifi icon on the menu bar while holding down the ctl and option keys, it will display some of the connection details. You may be able to spot something

That's cool, didn't know I could do that. Well anyways I think I fixed it.

I've been googling, and I just switched my router to Channel 1, and it's night and day. It's working great now.
