Wifi Issue after Recall Repair

Last week I sent my Early 2011 MacBook Pro 15 inch to have the graphics recall taken care of. I got it back last Friday and all was working well until today. While using the Internet, all of a sudden the wifi disconnected and it is now saying "no hardware installed" and a "X" through the wifi logo on the upper task bar. Looks like I will be having to send the machine back to Apple to fix. I tried doing the 'Control + Option + Command + Power' reset and that did not fix the problem.

I was wondering if anybody has run into this problem with either an existing machine or one that was fixed under the 2011 MacBook Pro recall.
