Hey guys -

I know this is a redundant question and I'm not THAT technologically smart, BUT I'm also not that illiterate when it comes to this stuff either.

My iPhone 4 used to connect to my WiFi at home just fine and one day, BOOM, gone. It still connects to any other WiFi, like my work perfectly fine. I've turned my router/modem thing off and on. I've turned Bluetooth off and on. I've turned it on airplane mode off and on. I've turned my actual phone off and on. I've reset my network settings, which seems to help most people. It STILL won't connect. I tried forgetting this network. I feel like I've tried everything I've seen online. My iPhone is up-to-date as far as updates go....

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE!! I'm so frustrated and wanna throw it across the room to knock some WiFi into it.

SOMEONE HELP! I'M LITERALLY BEGGING YOU!

any suggestions welcome that aren't already tried.

thanks everyone!

Not a whole lot of things that can go wrong as per given info.

(1) Change WIFI password on router.

(2) Change SSID altogether.

(3) U didn't switch to 5 GHZ did you. iPhone 4 doesn't do 5 GHZ.

Since the iPhone connects to other WiFi routers it would appear to be a problem with your router. What brand / model of router is it?

It's not that - my computer hooks up just fine to it and my roommates' phones hook up just fine. :(

----------

As it's my roommate's WiFi I can't just reset the password.

I didn't change ANYTHING on my phone.

& sorry, but I have no clue what SSID is....? :/

I have no idea. I can ask though. Will get back to you as soon as I can w/ info.

Well then your options are dead-stop limited.

Maybe he blocked you waiting for your share$ of the WIFI bill.

Does ur "Roomate" knows u are sucking up his WIFI bandwidth?
