Hello!

Everytime when I update my mac, its like a russian roulette game. This time WiFi started dropping every 30-40min. Apple could hire me as a beta tester I would love to help them for free. 😠

So after I updated to Sequoia 15.4.1, WiFi started dropping. I see that it reconnects because i have choosen "auto connect" in MacOS wifi settings. Some websites even say "You are offline" and 2 sec later "You are back online!".

I have tested 2 different WiFi networks and got the same error. So it most be my Macbook Air M3.

I would be very thankful if someone could help me, thank you! 🙏

This is the log from the router if it could help:

Here is a thread on another website about people having the similar issues, but nothing really helps, reboot router etc.
Gaaah, next time I will not update my OS until the very end! Seriously this make me so sad.

Sorry to hear that. Not sure how helpful this is:

I assume wired connection works fine?
Yes wired works fine, thank you! 🙏 Diagnostics dont help much I am sorry. I guess reinstall is the only choice but i dont want to do that.. so much work ro reinstall all settings etc.

I would not expect an OS reinstall to do anything because the OS is read-only. Have you updated the firmware on your router? Rebooted the router?

Hmmm, i think it is a software issue in MacOS and reinstall OS should help.

Like i wrote I have tested with 2 different wifi networks and ofcourse different places, reboots etc.

If you check the router log you will see the computer asks to disconnect.

Seriusly this sucks, how can such a big bug be unsolved by apple. Never ever going to update again.
