WIFI keychain access

My Macbok pro was able to connect to a wifi SSID that was stored in my keychain however the SSID and password did not show in WI-FI preferred network GUI. The GUI does not show the SSID name as other SSID it is blank but a connections is still obtained usng the keyhain.

I would like to know how this discontinuity can be fixed between the wifi values in the keychain and the wifi preferred network GUI.
