Wifi loss of signal

Hi, I own a Macbook pro 13' and I'm using El capitan and it's been like 3 months that I'm suffering of a wifi issue, randomly in the day my internet is like frozen I can still see the wifi connected to my router but I can't access internet the only thing that's working to get back my internet is to turn off then turn on again the wifi feature on my mac it happens like 4 times a day and when It happens my wifi signal is still showing 4 full bars and is still connected to my router but there's no debit I always have to turn off and on the wifi to make it back

I tried to reset the Pram , deleted my wifi profile to create a new one

ps : when I use my windows bootcamp partition I have no wifi issue at all

I have the same issue with my rMBP 13 inch late 2013 (10.11.4). It seems to happen every 30 mins to an hour. The only way I can solve it temporarily is by toggling wifi off and on. Super annoying.
