Wifi network security keeps resetting

Hello,

I own a new MacBook with Leopard, and my problem is that every time I close the lid or leave it open for a while, when I come back the settings of my home wifi network automatically change to wpa2 personal.
My network uses wpa personal, so I manually change it back and lock the settings, but they always revert to wpa2 again. It bothers me because while it's set to wpa2 I can't see the others computers.
Is there a way to fix this?
