wifi no longer working in windows 7 partition

Well I was on my mbp surfing the web on my bootcamp partition when windows randomly froze. I gave it a few minutes to come back but I had to leave so i hard booted it. I went over to my buddies and decided to play a game so i turned my pro on and went to the 7 partition and it wont connect to wifi. It see's the connection fine but it wont connect to it. Any ideas? I dont know if the freeze earlier had anything to do with it
