Wifi not detecting networks? iPhone 4

When my MacBook Pro picks up several networks, may with full bars, my iPhone can't pick up a single one! It has no problem connecting to my saved Airport Express base station, but it simply can't scan and detect networks.

This is also causing WiFiTrak to not detect any networks as well.

What gives?
