When i wake from sleep (i.e. open my lid), if time machine was backing-up to time-capsule, the wifi doesn't reconnect.
I have to turn off wifi which takes a while in this state, then turn it back on. This can take like 5 mins.

Advice or fixes?

Less Time Machine back ups is definitely the easiest solution, and schedule it for some time when you will be sleeping or at work/school.

I like how time machine backs up every hour. This is a good feature as it means it more likely to catch a accidental write-over or something.
I know apple has it's own internal time machine, but i still thinks it's a good feature.
Also, i'm not sure how you schedule the backup when connected to time capsule.
