I have just installed windows 8 with bootcamp on my MBP but I can't get the internet to work at all because the wifi doesn't seem to want to work. I have even tried plugging in my iphone for tethering but that doesn't work either.

Any ideas?

Which MBP? (size and year or MacBookProXX,Y)

Would be useful to know so that we have an idea of which WiFi card it uses.

I had the same problem putting Windows 7 via Bootcamp on my MacBook Pro Retina.
Windows 7 opened on the machine OK, but IIRC I had no Windows start sound or WiFi because I hadn't loaded the Drivers for Windows 7. But that was easily put right. I just ran the drivers file.

You probably know all this already, but I had to learn it. :)
