I was at a restaurant with my girlfriend who also had an iPad 2. She was able to view and connect to Wifi no problem (2 bars), while my iPad 2 (sitting right beside hers) couldn't even find the signal. After a few minutes of trouble shooting (reboot, tinker with wifi on/off,etc) I got it to work, but I have no idea why this issue occurred. I've connected to various wifi connections around town with no problem.
