At my school, the buildings have WiFi for students and faculty. Everyone has a username and password to sign into Clean Access Agent to get to the Internet. On my MacBook, CAA just loads in and allows me to sign in. I know for Windows computers, like my old Dell, I had to install CAA into the computer and have it running and sign in to access the Internet.

If I try to use my iPhone to access the WiFi in class, it takes me to the same page as on my MacBook, but obviously cannot load CAA. Does anyone know any way around this so I could access this WiFi since the phone cannot download this through Safari?

Get in touch with your...

IT folks, and they should be able to walk you through it. I've got accounts at two different campuses and they walked me through it in about 5 minutes. As long as you have a username and a password you're good to go!
