Recently I was working with some friends offsite in a place where the wifi signal was incredibly weak due to terrible router placement. Sadly we could not move the router and one thing I noticed during the two week period was that despite everyone having internet issues my MBP was consistently the worst. A friend with a Surfacebook and then my girlfriend with her older Dell XPS were both able to connect far more often than I could with my MBP.
The weird thing is I had the same issues last year when we worked in the same place, but then recently due to a display repair that went badly Apple replaced my MacBook and I yet still have the same issue (with two different MacBooks).
This and the fact that my MBP's internet connection slows down every now and then (fixable by reconnecting to the wifi network) makes me wonder; has anyone else noticed such issues?
