I got the strangest problem!
My wifi connection slows down when i open the podcast playing app: Downcast on this new Macbook 12".

My internet connection is 200Mbps down and 20Mbps up, i did a full clean install (no Time Machine backup) on this macbook, i even deleted Downcast and the whole container folder so that the app is just idling... but from the moment i open downcast my connection speed goes down 5 to 10 fold...

I can do this test 50 times, the moment everything is running i get 190Mpbs down and about 17Mbps up, from the moment i open the Downcast app the speedtest always goes down to about 30Mbps down and 3Mbps up yet Downcast is not syncing, not downloading, it's just idling after a fresh clean empty install and the wifi speeds never go back up until i close this app...

(On my older Macbook Air and my iPhone the downloads always run very smooth!)

I already contacted Downcast support but they say they can't see how this is even possible, i also can't see how this is possible yet i am experiencing this problem :)

I know it's a long shot but anybody here got any idea how to resolve this issue?
