I have a mid 2008 model macbook pro (june) and it seems randomly network speeds will drop from ~50 mbit/s to 3-6 mbit/s a second (on a 54 mbit wireless network). The only way i know of to "reset" this is to run a network diagnosis and let it login to the network for me. I've looked elsewhere and no one else seems to have this problem and it works on other wireless networks no problem. On the same network I have other computers (windows xp) that run with no problem and my iphone work fine, and being connected to the same network wired works fine.

Networkwise I have a dlink Wireless Access Point DWL-7100AP connect to a Dlink DGL-4100 router and a motorola SURFboard SB5130 cable modem.

So is there something to do to fix the issue, or is there some sort of a conflict with my network hardware and my mbp?
