Wifi Sync problem

Hi guys,

I can't seem to get wifi sync working at all, I have googled for a result and here is what i have done so far..

Connect iphone to pc, tick wifi sync, unplug, plug iphone in power but the wifi sync in the settings on the iphone is blanked out.
Re booted iphone, rebooted PC.
Re installed itunes to newest version.
Installed Discovery Bonjour to see if iphone and pc can see each other - no luck.

Strange thing is that when i start up utorrent on my pc it says that there is an iphone connected!?.. Can anyone help me please?
