Wifi Sync Stuck at "Verifying iPhone"

Hello All,
I recently updated the wifi sync client on my mac to the public beta version 2.0 (build 97) and the app on my iphone to the latest version (2.0.98). Now, every time I attempt to sync my phone with wifi sync it hangs at the "verifying iphone" portion of the sync, and never continues. The iphone is jailbroken with greenpois0n and is running firmware version 4.2.1. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have an idea what to do to fix it?
