Finished loading iOS-5 once I hooked up to the server things went smoothly.
The feature besides iCloud I was looking forward to was WiFi Sync. I have been using it and I must say I like it. The way it works is the Sync process starts when ever you drop the iPod Touch in a charging dock. or you can start it at anytime by going into General settings where you will find the button for "iTunes Wi-Fi Sync". The setup is not intuitive but I managed to track down how it is setup, very simple once you know the steps. It only will sync when plugged into a charging dock which is minor disappointment. You can get around this By using an external battery pack. I have an Ivyskin Zappack external battery, which is the same size as the Touch when I plug into it the Touch goes to recharge and the you can WiFi sync.

In case you need it here is a nice tutorial on how to setup WiFi sync:

I'm on Windows and Wifi sync doesnt work for me. :/

[Edit]: I'm just gonna reinstall Windows 7 for the 50th time this year to see if that fixes it. Cant wait to buy my iMac, sheesh.

I am running XP Pro here. The one thing that threw me was the big green battery sync window does not show in WiFi Sync just a little circulating ring where the downloading star is up at the top left side.
