I have used an app on my iPod touch called TINIWIKI which was awesome, however I use an 8gb iphone which doesnt have enough space. I have tried Okawix, Kiwiki, DigitalCenthi and even downloaded an old version of firefox so i could use the Zipedia plugin which failed to work. I have installed mediawiki but do not know how to add the wikipedia dump/database to it. I tried the offline extension but it did not have good instructions on how to use it.

Is there not a simple app for OSX 10.5 PPC that will read either the huge 32gb XML file or the compressed bz2 dump?
I am desperate after 2 weeks of research, failed installs and a brain drain using mediawiki.. There must be something easier for someone not fluent in using terminal or php coding, PLEASE HELP ! Installing the database/dump would be my first choice yet the mediawiki site is a bit complex for me..
thanks in advance
