Will 27 inch Display work with Kanex Adapter??

Im using a macbook pro right now but i want to play xbox and ps3 games on an external display... i know that this adapter--> http://kanexlive.com/products/kanexXD.html... has worked great with the imac... do u guys think it will work with the 27" ACD??? if not... what would be a way to hook up an xbox or ps3 to this new awesome dispaly???

I really want to know... it would be nice if i could hook a game system up to the display because then i wouldnt have to buy an extra monitor

No, it will not work. It needs to support up to 2560x1440 and that adapter does not. However I'm betting we will see adapters soon by year end that will work for the 27" apple display.
