Will 3.0 already be installed if I buy one early July?

My Verizon contract ends on July 3rd, and I have decided to buy a 3GS. The new 3.0 will already be installed by then so that I won't have to download it myself?

Apple shipping is usually very quick. But it depends on number available, where the item is shipping from (sometimes they ship directly from the chinese factories) and other factors. I've got items from Apple anywhere from 2 days to 10 days with regular shipping. They tend to put priority on bigger items like laptops and probably the iPhone. Also, they use Fedex 90% of the time.
