Will 4.3's tethering feature work on AT&T?

It's seems a bit confusing.. AT&T already offers a tethering plan for limited usage customers. The 4.3 firmware will pretty much offer the same feature, but will it be for those with tethering plan, or will anyone be able to use it no matter the plan?

I don't know, I mean it's up to 5 devices. Following AT&T's logic of paying extra to access your monthly data allowance on an additional device (computer), they should charge you for accessing that data on up to 5 additional devices - up to $100/mo.

Anything less and they are pretty much admitting that additional tethering charges on a tiered data plan is a scam.

My guess is they will offer it also.
They always keep up with verizon and vice versa.
