I have a few maxxed out 2015 MacBookPro 15" laptops, and just realized that the 2019 15" MBPro will power TWO of the 6K monitors.... does anyone know if a maxxed out 2015 MBPro 15" will have the power to run even one of these monitors? Have enough details been released yet to know for sure...?

No, since it’s Thunderbolt 2 and not Thunderbolt 3.

*This model can support a single external display up to 5120x2160 at 60 Hz via Thunderbolt 2. Via HDMI video output, it can support 1080p up to 60 Hz, 3840x2160 at 30 Hz, and 4096x2160 at 24 Hz” [1]

However, if you purchase a BlackMagic eGPU with Thunderbolt 3, and connect it to the 2015 Macbook Pro using a Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter ... maybe.

But doubtful.
