Will a 23" HD Cinema work with my E Machine T2625 from 2003 ?

A Graphic artist friend is offering to sell me her 23" HD Cinema Display for $200.

The monitor has a separate DVI to ADC adapter that comes with it.

I know I need to get a new Video Card since I do not have a DVI port. I would also love to get a recommendation on a video card brand/model.

I am just wondering if it will hook up to my PC with no problems or if I should just stick to my 19" Viewsonic LCD.

I do a lot of typesetting and some full color work for my hubby, so I am thinking I would like the change, but I don't want to frustrate the crap out of myself in the process.

As long as you get a DVI video card and you're sure its a DVI to ACD adapter and not the other way around it should be fine.
