There is an app killer, push the circle on the bottom of the phone. IF you mean to kill it out of the multi task bar, hold the app and push the x.
I'm sure that apple designed things to work out the best for the way the battery needs to be charged. Of course I'm talking out my butt because I really have no clue but the app looks like it wouldn't do anything beneficial and would just take .99 out of your pocket.

From what ive read,heaps of ppl are saying that it doesnt make any difference if u cycle the battery or not. Im glad i kept my white 32 4. As much as i love apple,i wouldnt touch a 4s at this time.
