Will a Cintiq pen work as a stylus on my ipad?

No, if you want to make a "Stylus" for your iPad just get a pen, wrap one end of it in Thin foil and there you go, you can add stuff to it to make it better like a bit of scotch tape so you don't scratch it and etc.. No need to spend a lot of money on styluses
