You wont have any issue with that. You are not splicing the signal any.
 
Too many extenders do degrade the signal quality. I had connexion problems last year (couldn't get 5mbps, I was stuck at 1mbps), the tech found out the cable inside the house was made of three separate cables joined together (with couplers). After installing a new one, the problems stopped.

Ideally you want one straight shot of coax but one coupler a short distance won't make a huge difference. It also depends on the gauge of the wire. I won't run anything under RG-6 Quad core.
