Will a PC ATA Controller PCI card work in a Powermac?

I have a blue and white g3 and was hoping this card http://www.bytewizecomputers.com/products/7/38/342/4821 or some other PC ata controller will work. I would like to use one if they would work as they are about half the price of a sonnet or any other made for mac card like it. let me know you guys. thanks in advance.

go to a mac store like i did, they have the ata cards that you can use to add more storage to your power mac.

Check the manufacturers website out and see if they have Mac drivers for the OS you plan on using, and whether it'll work in the Mac you want -- since some machines like the XServes and PowerMac G5s can only use 3.3V cards.

Why not buy a SATA PCI card insted, and take up the advantages of that new technology?
