Will a Unibody Macbook play Super Audio Cd?

Only the hybrid ones with the cd compatibility layer. You can't read sacd's in any mac/pc

Unfortunately, no.

I don't know of any Mac or PC software that can play it, except that some versions of PS3 was SA-CD compatible.

There isn't much of anything around anymore that can play SACD.

No. But I found a SACD on eBay under $50. Works great.
