I just got a refurb June 2009 uMBP, in order to replace my June 2007 MBP with a Windows 7 RC partition via Boot Camp 2.1. I'm selling the old one to my cousin, but since she doesn't want Windows (especially a beta), I made an image with Winclone and moved to an external HDD. It's not a particularly big image (10GB), since I had really installed only a few apps/games like Steam w/HL2 & Portal, OpenOffice, Firefox, and FeedDemon.

My main question is this: Can I restore the Winclone image to the new uMBP without any serious problems, especially drivers? The video card is still nVidia, but I'm unsure about the stuff like wireless and audio. I'm assuming the partition size doesn't make a difference (it'll be going from 55GB to 75GB on the new computer).

I have never done it myself, but I think you should be OK
I think at the worst your Windows may recognize new hardware and ask to be reactivated
