Will Airport Extreme work with my iMac G4?

I was wondering if Airport Extreme will work with my mom's 17" iMac 1Ghz G4.

When I go to System Profiler, it says "Airport Card" not "Airport Extreme Card" in the contents list.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yup, the 17" 1GHz iMac takes AirPort Extreme.

Yeah, the 1ghz takes Airport Extreme. The older 800mhz 17" takes Airport.
