I was wondering if an AirPrint enabled "all-in-one" Printer/Scanner will appear under my "Shared" devices tab in Image Capture on my Macintosh if the AirPrint device is only wirelessly connected to my network, and not hard-wired with a CAT5 network cable?

Can anyone shed any light on this topic?

Thank you very much!

Awesome, is your printer connected to an Apple Airport, wired or wirelessly? Just verifying.

My printer is wirelessly connected to an Airport Extreme.

If I remember correctly, when I used to use a USB connection to the Airport (different printer) I could print wirelessly, but Image Capture would not recognize the scanner.
