Will an HDMI splitter work on Xbox 360?

I want to hook up my xbox to both my 46" TV as well as my 23" computer monitor over on my desk. That way it gives me the option to play at my desk or sit back on my bed in front of my TV. I found this splitter on Amazon and figured it should work by splitting the signal to both displays. I just wanted to make sure it would work. Thanks

yeah that splitter cable won't work. Splitter cables are also pretty unreliable for the most part. I would just get one of the powered 1x2 hdmi splitter found here: http://www.cabletrain.com/adapters-splitters/hdmi-splitters

I have it and it gets the job done. and yes, you can have both displays on or one on at a time. Works either way.

yeah, it will work but only one will be active at a time and you need two hdmi cable connector. If you want both active at a time then you have to 1x2 HDMI splitter. I recommend to check here http://www.kvmswitchtech.com/hdmi-splitter-c11622.htm
